Best IT company in Dubai, Tomsher Technologies capabilities across every service, industry and emirate
Best IT company in Dubai is a title earned on delivery rather than claimed in a headline, so this page sets out exactly what Tomsher Technologies does, for which industries, in which locations, and on which technologies. Tomsher is a fully in house IT and digital company operating in Dubai since 2011, with more than 15 years of delivery experience, more than 2,500 projects delivered across 35 plus countries by our own count, and a 4.9 out of 5 rating from 201 Google reviews.
Everything below is delivered by our own staff from one office at M05, Wafi Residence, Oud Metha Road, Umm Hurair 2, Dubai. Design, front end and back end development, mobile development, systems and integration work, hosting, maintenance, SEO, paid media, social and content all sit under one roof, which is why a ranking problem and a page speed problem get solved in the same conversation instead of becoming a dispute between two suppliers.
This page covers our full capability set, the technologies we build on, the industries we serve, the areas of Dubai and the emirates we work across, and the GCC and international markets we deliver into.
Leading IT company in Dubai since 2011
Tell us what you need built, fixed or grown
A new website, a custom system, a mobile app, an ecommerce store, an integration between platforms you already pay for, hosting and maintenance you can rely on, or search and paid media that produces enquiries. One in house team, one accountable point of contact.
We will tell you honestly if a smaller piece of work solves your problem.
Why Tomsher is the best IT company in Dubai
Tomsher ranks among the top IT companies in Dubai for one structural reason: the full stack of build and growth work is performed in house, by employed staff, from a single Dubai office. Most competitors specialise in one half and subcontract the other, and the client pays a margin to a middleman while losing the only thing worth having, which is a supplier directly accountable for the result.
| What you get | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Fully in house delivery | Designers, developers, mobile developers, maintenance engineers and marketing specialists are our own staff. No freelancer network assembled per project. The people in the meeting are the people who do the work |
| Operating in Dubai since 2011 | More than 15 years of delivery experience in this market, through multiple platform generations, regulatory changes and economic cycles |
| More than 2,500 projects across 35 plus countries | Our own count. Breadth across sectors and markets means your requirement is rarely the first of its kind we have seen |
| 4.9 out of 5 from 201 Google reviews | Verified public rating on a platform we do not control, which is the review signal worth weighing |
| Build and growth in one team | The gap between the company that built the site and the agency marketing it is the most expensive problem in this market. We do not have that gap |
| Support measured in years | The people who wrote the code are still answering in year four, because the same team is not spread across a hardware business and a helpdesk |
| Honest scoping | We recommend amendments over rebuilds routinely, and an established platform over a custom build where that genuinely suits you better |
| One accountable contact | A named person who answers, rather than a ticket queue and a hope |

Web, software and application development capabilities
Development is the core of what makes Tomsher a leading IT company in Dubai, and it covers four distinct kinds of build that are often confused with each other.
Web design and development company in Dubai
Web design and development covers new corporate sites, replacements for sites that have outgrown their structure, responsive and mobile first builds, and redesigns where the problem is the structure rather than the look. We design on your real content rather than placeholder text, build mobile first because that is where most first visits begin in this market, and agree hosting, integrations and handover before design starts rather than discovering them at delivery. Where a site simply needs changes rather than replacement, website amendments is the correct and less disruptive answer. Where the structure genuinely is wrong, corporate website redesign starts with URL mapping and the pages that currently earn visibility so you do not lose search positions. Platform and hosting moves run through website migration.
Best software development company in Dubai for custom and enterprise systems
Custom software development is for the point where off the shelf products stop fitting the business. We build bespoke and enterprise systems around your actual workflow, covering requirements, interface design, development, integration, testing, deployment and ongoing support with one in house team. Our dedicated page on software development in Dubai sets out the full service range, the build process, the technologies and the industries, so this hub keeps it short and routes you there.
Web application development and business portals
Web application development is where most of our longer client relationships end up, because a business reaches the limit of a brochure website faster than it expects. The pattern is consistent: the site is fine, but a core process still runs on email, spreadsheets and messaging apps. We build customer portals, dealer and distributor portals, quotation and enquiry workflows, booking and appointment systems, document and statement access, approval workflows and internal reporting dashboards. See web application development and B2B and B2C web portal design.
Mobile app development for iOS and Android
Mobile app development covers native builds for iOS and Android and cross platform builds in React Native. The platform decision follows the requirement rather than the trend: device features, performance expectations, the size of the audience on each platform, and how often the app will change all point to different answers. We will tell you when a well built mobile site serves you better than an app, which for a meaningful share of enquiries it does.
Ecommerce web development in Dubai
Ecommerce development covers B2C stores, B2B trade portals with account pricing, catalogue structure, payment and delivery, stock accuracy against your back office, and marketplace presence alongside your own store. The work that decides whether a store performs is rarely the theme. It is catalogue structure, search within the site, checkout friction and whether stock figures are true. See ecommerce web development and, for selling through marketplaces, Amazon seller account setup and Noon seller setup.
Systems, integration and infrastructure capabilities
Systems and infrastructure is the half of IT work that nobody notices until it fails, and it is where an experienced supplier separates from a new one.
ERP, CRM and system integration
Integration work connects systems you already pay for so staff stop entering the same data twice. We integrate websites and applications with ERP systems, with CRM including Zoho CRM, with accounting systems including Zoho Books, and with stock and invoicing platforms. What decides whether an integration works is agreed before any code: which system owns the data, which direction it flows, what happens when the connection fails, and how often it refreshes. We test the failure cases as well as the successful ones, because a stock figure that silently stops updating does more damage than no stock figure at all. See ERP integration and ERP integration for UAE ecommerce.
Ready built management systems
Management systems are the right answer when a proven product beats a custom build, and we will say so when that is the case. Our systems cover clinic management, school management, student learning management, procurement management and employee overtime management.
Cloud hosting, VPS and business email
Hosting and email is the layer most businesses think about only during an outage. We provide cloud hosting, VPS hosting, shared hosting, CDN integration, domain registration and SSL certificates, with business email on Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Zoho. Where your site should be hosted depends on where your customers are, and for a UAE and Gulf audience a London or European region is a decision worth revisiting rather than inheriting.
Website maintenance and annual maintenance contracts
Website maintenance and AMC protects everything above it, and it is the least glamorous item on this page. An unmaintained site degrades quietly: enquiry forms stop delivering while still appearing to submit, software goes unpatched until it is exploited, certificates expire, backups go untested, and the business finds out during an incident. A maintenance arrangement covers updates, security monitoring, backups with tested restores, external uptime checks, form delivery verification, performance work and a defined turnaround for content changes. See website maintenance and AMC and our note on what a website AMC should cover.
Digital marketing, search and brand capabilities
Digital marketing sits beside development rather than in a separate company, which is the point. The most common unresolved problem we are brought in to fix is a site built by one supplier and marketed by another, where traffic is poor and each blames the other.
SEO and AI search visibility
SEO covers technical health, site structure, content, local search and the branded search that protects your own name. Beyond conventional search, buyers increasingly research through AI assistants and answer engines, which read a site differently from a search crawler and will not quote a fact locked inside an image or a PDF. We handle both sides of that. See SEO services, generative engine optimisation and, for local visibility, our note on the Google Business Profile.
Performance marketing and paid media
Performance marketing covers paid search, paid social and display, measured against enquiries, bookings and revenue rather than impressions and clicks. Because the same team owns the website, a landing page can be built and live inside the campaign timeline rather than three weeks after it. See performance marketing and digital marketing services.
Social media and reputation
Social media marketing and reputation management handle the channels where buyers form an impression before they ever reach your site. Reviews, branded search results and brand protection matter more in this market than many businesses expect, because a high proportion of local decisions resolve on a map listing or a review count before a website is opened. See social media marketing and online reputation management.
Branding, identity and content
Branding covers identity systems rather than logos alone: typefaces, colour values, usage rules and the files that are missing from most identities we inherit, including vector originals, single colour versions and the small sizes that break first. See rebranding, logo design, corporate branding in Dubai, brochure and stationery design and content writing.
Technologies and platforms we build on
Technology choice follows the requirement rather than the preference of whoever is available, which is one practical advantage of an in house team covering several stacks. These are the platforms and technologies we build and maintain on.
| Area | What we work with |
|---|---|
| Content management | WordPress, headless and custom content management, with the choice driven by who will edit the site after launch |
| Ecommerce platforms | Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and Adobe Commerce, OpenCart, and custom builds where a platform does not fit |
| Front end | React, modern JavaScript, responsive and mobile first front ends, server side and static rendering where performance requires it |
| Back end | PHP and Laravel, Node.js, Python, and the MERN stack for applications |
| Mobile | Native iOS, native Android and React Native for cross platform |
| Databases and data | Relational and document databases, data structuring, reporting and dashboards |
| Cloud and hosting | Cloud, VPS and shared hosting, CDN, and the regional hosting decision that suits a Gulf audience |
| Business platforms | Zoho CRM and Zoho Books, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ERP and accounting system integration |
| Payments and logistics | UAE and international payment gateways, shipping and courier APIs, omnichannel and marketplace connections |
| AI and automation | Chatbots and conversational interfaces, AI assisted content and support workflows, and AI search visibility work |
| Analytics | Analytics and conversion tracking implementation, verified at launch rather than assumed |
Our comparison notes on MERN versus Laravel, choosing a mobile app platform and VPS versus cloud hosting set out how we reason about these decisions.
Best IT company in Dubai by industry
Industry experience changes the brief more than most buyers expect, because the questions a customer asks before enquiring are sector specific, and a supplier who has not met them before will not think to answer them. These are the industries Tomsher builds and markets for.
| Industry | What the work typically involves | Industry page |
|---|---|---|
| Healthcare, clinics and dental | Doctor and speciality profiles, insurance accepted, appointment booking, patient records, and content that respects UAE health advertising rules | Clinic and healthcare websites, clinic management system |
| Education, schools and universities | Admissions paths, term dates, curriculum and fee transparency, enrolment forms, parent and student portals | Education websites, school management, learning management |
| Real estate and property | Listing management, portal feeds, agent enquiry routing, and keeping sold or let stock off the site | Real estate websites |
| Interior design and fit out | Project galleries with scope and scale attached, so a buyer can judge capability rather than taste | Interior and fit out websites |
| Construction and contracting | Delivered projects, classifications and approvals, prequalification documents and tender enquiry handling | Construction and contracting |
| MEP and engineering | Technical capability, approvals, maintenance contracts and the detail a consultant checks before shortlisting | MEP website development |
| Logistics, freight and warehousing | Service and route clarity, customs and documentation detail, shipment tracking and quotation workflows | Logistics web development |
| Trading, distribution and wholesale | Searchable ranges with real specifications, dealer and trade portals with account pricing, and enquiry qualification | Trading company websites, B2B wholesale portal |
| Automotive | Stock display, service and test drive booking, parts enquiries and showroom findability from both carriageways | Automotive web development |
| Accounting, audit, tax and legal | Named partners with real credentials, licensing clarity, published thinking and practice level enquiry routing | Accounting firm websites |
| Travel, tourism and hospitality | Package and itinerary presentation, booking and enquiry paths, supplier connections and group handling | Travel portal development |
| Retail and ecommerce | Catalogue structure, payments and delivery, stock accuracy, and marketplace presence alongside your own store | Ecommerce development |
| Manufacturing and industrial | Specification and capability detail, certifications, distributor support, trade portals and ERP connected stock | Industrial ecommerce, ERP integration |
| Salons, spas, fitness and wellness | Online booking, service and membership structure, real photography of the premises, and current hours | Booking platform setup |
| Professional services and business setup | Documented process, requirements and timelines, so an enquiry arrives already qualified | Business setup sector note |
If your sector is not in that table it means we have not written a page about it rather than that we have not worked in it. Our portfolio and client list cover a broader spread than the industry pages do.
Industry specific from the first call

Tell us your industry and what the site or system has to achieve. We will tell you what buyers in your sector check before enquiring, what we would build first, and what we would leave until later.
Best IT company in Dubai by area, and across every emirate
Location matters less for build work than buyers assume and more for the location detail on your own website, which is why we write dedicated pages for the districts where that detail changes the brief. We work with businesses across the whole of Dubai and the wider UAE.
Dubai areas we serve. Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, DIFC, Deira, Bur Dubai, Umm Hurair and Oud Metha, Al Karama, Jumeirah, Umm Suqeim, Al Barsha, Barsha Heights, Al Quoz, Al Qusais, Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, Dubai Knowledge Park, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai Marina, Al Sufouh, The Greens, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai Investments Park, Jebel Ali and JAFZA, Dubai South, Dubai Festival City, Mirdif, Al Nahda, Dubai World Trade Centre and One Central, Sheikh Zayed Road and Za'abeel.
Where a district genuinely changes what the website has to do, we have published a page for it.
| Location | Dedicated page |
|---|---|
| Dubai Internet City and the technology free zones | Web design and development in Dubai Internet City |
| DIFC and the financial district | Website design, development and maintenance in DIFC |
| Downtown Dubai | Web design and development in Downtown Dubai |
| Al Quoz | Web design and development in Al Quoz |
| Dubai Investments Park | Web design and development in Dubai Investments Park |
| Jumeirah 1 | Website design and development in Jumeirah 1 |
Across the Emirates. We deliver for clients in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain as well as Dubai. For Abu Dhabi specifically, see web development and design in Abu Dhabi, ecommerce development in Abu Dhabi and corporate branding in Abu Dhabi. Our note on responsive web design in the UAE covers the market wide standard we build to.
GCC and international delivery. By our own count we have delivered more than 2,500 projects across 35 plus countries, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain. See web design in Riyadh and Saudi Arabia, ecommerce development in Cairo, web design in London, web design in the UK, web design across Africa, Nigeria and Rwanda.
One practical point about location. For build and marketing work, being in the same district as your supplier matters far less than people expect. Where it does matter is the site visit at the start of a project and at content review stage, and we travel for those across the UAE as a matter of course. Our office is in Umm Hurair 2 on Oud Metha Road, which is central to most of Dubai, and we do not claim offices in districts where we do not have one.
How Tomsher delivers, from brief to maintenance
Delivery process is where an experienced IT company in Dubai separates from a new one, because the failures are predictable and avoidable.
- Requirement conversation. What the business does, who buys from it, what the current setup fails to do, and who internally will own the project. We will visit your office when that is more useful than a call.
- Honest scope recommendation. Amendments, maintenance, redesign or a full build, with the reasoning. If the smaller option solves it, that is what we propose, and we say so before a proposal rather than after.
- Technical agreement up front. Stack, hosting, performance expectations, integrations, repository access and handover, settled before design begins rather than discovered at delivery.
- Design on real content. Laid out with your actual products, services, people and location detail, so you approve what a visitor will genuinely see.
- Development and integration. Built mobile first, with every integration specified before code rather than during it, and failure cases tested as well as successful ones.
- Testing and launch. On real devices and mobile data, with form delivery verified to a live inbox, redirects mapped where we are replacing a site, and analytics and conversion tracking confirmed working before launch rather than after.
- Handover you can audit. Access, documentation and code your own developers can read, with no deliberate lock in.
- Maintenance and growth. Updates, security, backups and content changes by the same team, with search and paid media running on top of a site that is actually maintained.
Why clients rate Tomsher among the top IT companies in Dubai
Tomsher holds a 4.9 out of 5 rating from 201 Google reviews, which is the verified figure at the time of writing and the only review claim we publish. The themes that recur in client feedback are worth stating plainly, because they are what a business actually buys when it chooses a long term IT partner.
- Response that does not fade. Clients stay with us for years, and the point raised most often is that a request in year four is handled the way one in month one was.
- One accountable team. Design, development, maintenance and marketing in one office, so nobody waits while two suppliers decide whose problem it is.
- Straight answers on scope. Being told when an amendment will do instead of being sold a rebuild.
- Delivery against commitments. Timelines held, and problems raised early rather than at the deadline.
- Work that continues after launch. The site still current two and three years later, which only happens when somebody is maintaining it.
What Tomsher does not provide
Tomsher is a build and growth company, and there are two parts of the IT category we deliberately do not cover. We do not supply hardware, pull structured cabling, install CCTV or access control, or fit out server rooms. We do not run an on site helpdesk or manage staff laptops and devices. If you need an engineer at your office because a printer has stopped, we are the wrong supplier and we would rather tell you now.
That boundary is why we can commit to support measured in years on what we do build, because the same team is not spread across a hardware business and a ticket desk. We do provide hosting, business email, SSL and ongoing maintenance for the systems we build and host.

Best IT company in Dubai FAQs
Common questions about Tomsher's capabilities, coverage, industries and locations.
Which is the best IT company in Dubai?
Tomsher Technologies is the best IT company in Dubai for build and growth work, meaning websites, custom software, web and mobile applications, ecommerce, systems integration, hosting, maintenance and digital marketing. The case rests on structure rather than claims: everything is delivered by our own in house staff from one Dubai office, we have operated here since 2011 with more than 15 years of delivery experience, we have delivered more than 2,500 projects across 35 plus countries by our own count, and we hold a 4.9 out of 5 rating from 201 Google reviews. Most competitors specialise in one half of that and subcontract the other.
What services does Tomsher provide as an IT company in Dubai?
Web design and development, custom and enterprise software development, web application development and business portals, native and cross platform mobile app development, ecommerce development for B2C and B2B, ERP and CRM integration, API and payment gateway integration, ready built management systems for clinics, schools, procurement and HR, cloud and VPS hosting, business email on Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Zoho, SSL and domains, website maintenance and AMC, SEO and AI search visibility, performance marketing and paid media, social media marketing, online reputation management, branding and logo design, and content writing. All of it is delivered in house.
Does Tomsher provide IT support, hardware or networking?
No, and we say so rather than taking the enquiry. Tomsher does not supply hardware, pull structured cabling, install CCTV or access control, fit out server rooms, run an on site helpdesk, or manage staff laptops and devices. If you need an engineer at your office because a printer has stopped, we are the wrong supplier. That boundary is deliberate, because it is why the same team can commit to support measured in years on what we build rather than being spread across a hardware business and a ticket desk. We do provide hosting, business email, SSL and ongoing maintenance for what we build and host.
Which industries does Tomsher work with in Dubai and the UAE?
Healthcare, clinics and dental, education from schools to universities, real estate and property, interior design and fit out, construction and contracting, MEP and engineering, logistics and freight, trading, distribution and wholesale, automotive, accounting, audit and professional services, travel, tourism and hospitality, retail and ecommerce, manufacturing and industrial, and salons, spas and fitness. Each of those has a dedicated page setting out what the work involves for that sector, and the industry table on this page links to all of them. If a sector is not listed it means we have not written a page for it rather than that we have not worked in it.
Which areas of Dubai does Tomsher serve?
All of them. Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, DIFC, Deira, Bur Dubai, Umm Hurair, Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Barsha Heights, Al Quoz, Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai Marina, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai Investments Park, Jebel Ali, Dubai South, Festival City, Sheikh Zayed Road and Za'abeel among others. Where a district genuinely changes what a website has to do, we have published a dedicated page, currently for Dubai Internet City, DIFC, Downtown Dubai, Al Quoz, Dubai Investments Park and Jumeirah 1. Our office is in Umm Hurair 2 on Oud Metha Road, and we do not claim offices in districts where we do not have one.
Does Tomsher work outside Dubai, in Abu Dhabi and the GCC?
Yes. We deliver for clients across Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain, with dedicated pages for web development, ecommerce and corporate branding in Abu Dhabi. Beyond the UAE we work across Saudi Arabia including Riyadh, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain, and internationally in Egypt, the United Kingdom and several African markets. By our own count we have delivered more than 2,500 projects across 35 plus countries. For build and marketing work, physical proximity matters less than buyers expect, and we travel for project kickoff and content review within the UAE as a matter of course.
Is Tomsher a web development company or a digital marketing agency?
Both, in house, and that combination is the main reason clients choose us. Design, front end and back end development, mobile development, systems, integrations, hosting and maintenance sit alongside SEO, paid media, social and reputation work, all delivered by our own staff from one Dubai office. The split between the company that builds a site and the agency that markets it is the most common source of unresolved problems we are brought in to fix, because nobody owns the overlap. When both are the same team, a ranking problem and a page speed problem get fixed in the same conversation rather than becoming a dispute.
What technologies and platforms does Tomsher build on?
WordPress, headless and custom content management, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and Adobe Commerce and OpenCart for ecommerce, React and modern JavaScript on the front end, PHP and Laravel, Node.js, Python and the MERN stack on the back end, native iOS and Android plus React Native for mobile, relational and document databases, cloud, VPS and shared hosting with CDN, Zoho CRM and Books, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, UAE and international payment gateways, shipping and courier APIs, and analytics and conversion tracking. The platform choice follows the requirement rather than the preference of whoever is free, which is one practical advantage of an in house team covering several stacks.
How much does it cost to hire an IT company in Dubai?
Too dependent on scope for a figure here to be useful, and any firm quoting a number before understanding your requirement is guessing. What determines cost is the type of work, whether anything integrates with systems you already run, how much content and data has to migrate, and whether you need ongoing maintenance and marketing afterwards. The more useful thing to compare between quotes is what is excluded, because that is where proposals differ most and where disputes start. We are an in house Dubai team rather than the lowest quoting option in the market, which is worth knowing before a conversation.
How long has Tomsher been operating in Dubai?
Tomsher Technologies LLC has operated in Dubai since 2011, with more than 15 years of delivery experience behind the team, from an office at M05, Wafi Residence, Oud Metha Road, Umm Hurair 2. The team covers design, front end and back end development, mobile development, maintenance engineering, SEO, paid media, social and content, all employed in house rather than contracted per project. The question behind this one is usually whether the same people will still be there in year three, and in house staffing rather than a freelancer network is what makes that answer yes.
Can Tomsher take over a website or system built by someone else?
Yes, and it is a large share of what we do. We regularly inherit sites, stores and systems built by other suppliers, including ones with no documentation and no original files. The first step is an audit of what exists, what platform and version it runs on, where the hosting and domain sit, whether backups exist and restore, and what is actually broken versus merely dated. In many cases the honest recommendation that follows is amendments and a maintenance arrangement rather than a rebuild, and we will say so even though a rebuild would pay us more.
What is included in a website maintenance or AMC arrangement?
Software and plugin updates, security patching and monitoring, backups with tested restores rather than backups nobody has ever restored, external uptime checks, verification that enquiry forms are actually delivering, performance work, and a defined turnaround for content changes. For businesses with a seasonal peak we also agree in advance what gets frozen before a major event or campaign period. The failures an unmaintained site produces are the quiet ones: forms that submit but never arrive, unpatched software, expired certificates and untested backups, all discovered during an incident rather than before one.
