Business Development Executive – IT & Digital Services
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and help us expand our customer base across industries. The Business Development Executive (IT Sales) will be responsible for new business lead generation, client acquisition, and selling our IT services and digital solutions. This includes identifying new prospects, nurturing leads, and converting opportunities into successful sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in IT or digital service sales and a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and sell website development, mobile app development, and digital marketing services.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and networking to identify and engage potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of all company service offerings.
- Arrange client meetings, present proposals, and close deals successfully.
- Perform aggressive follow-ups and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Develop effective sales plans using proven sales methodologies.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and pipeline in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the internal delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project handovers.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and new technologies to identify emerging opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in IT sales, particularly in web, app, or digital marketing services.
- Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
- Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a team and independently manage sales pipelines.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven and target-oriented approach.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Friendly personality with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in online research and identifying potential leads via digital channels.
- Ability and willingness to travel across the country for client meetings or events.
- Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell IT services.
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet monthly minimum sales targets.
