Best digital marketing agency in Ajman, and why AI search changes the maths here
Most digital marketing pages written for this emirate are the Dubai page with the word Ajman substituted in. That misses something specific and commercially important about marketing a business from Ajman, and it is worth stating at the top rather than burying it.
Ajman is the smallest emirate by area at 259 square kilometres, and its main landmass is a semi-enclave bounded on the north, east and south by Sharjah. Ajman city holds roughly 95 per cent of the emirate's population of about 582,852 and sits inside one continuous built-up area that runs Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman with no visible break. The commercial base is growing quickly: the Free Zones Authority of Ajman reported that registered companies rose 216 per cent on the previous year in its 2025 results, with revenues up 17 per cent and 95 per cent occupancy across its investment sites, and Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone issues a licence in about two hours.
Here is what that geography does to marketing. Google's local results are distance weighted. If your premises are in Al Jurf and a buyer searches from Business Bay, you are structurally disadvantaged against a competitor sitting in Al Quoz, and no amount of budget changes the kilometres. For twenty years that has been the hard ceiling on marketing an Ajman business into the Dubai market.
AI answer engines do not work that way. When somebody asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot or Google's AI Mode for a supplier recommendation, the system assembles an answer from entity data, structured facts, the clarity of your content and what independent sources say about you. Proximity is one input among many rather than the dominant one. For a company in the smallest emirate, AI search is the first channel where the address stops being a ceiling. That is why generative engine optimisation is a bigger commercial opportunity in Ajman than it is in Dubai, which is the opposite of how the market is currently being sold.
Tomsher Technologies is a digital marketing agency operating in Dubai since 2011, with more than fifteen years of delivery experience, a fully in-house team of SEO specialists, paid media buyers, content writers, designers and developers, and a rating of 4.9 out of 5 from 201 Google reviews. We run search, AI search visibility, paid media, social, content and lead generation for businesses across Ajman, Sharjah, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

What a digital marketing agency in Ajman should actually be running in 2026
The service list below is the whole offer. Three years ago it would have stopped at the sixth line. The last four exist because search itself changed, and an agency still selling only the first six is selling you a 2022 strategy at 2026 prices.
| Service | What it does | What it is for |
|---|---|---|
| Search engine optimisation | Earns rankings for the services and products you sell | The largest and most durable source of enquiries for most Ajman businesses |
| Local SEO and Google Business Profile | Puts you in map results and local packs across your service area | Short-distance demand in Ajman, Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain |
| Google Ads and performance marketing | Buys demand that already exists, measured against cost per enquiry | Immediate volume while organic work compounds |
| Social media marketing and content | Builds recognition and handles the comparison stage | Consumer-facing and visual businesses, plus credibility for B2B |
| Content and creative production | Writes and produces what every other channel needs | Nothing above works without it |
| Email, CRM and WhatsApp follow-up | Converts the enquiries that do not buy on first contact | Most B2B trading enquiries, which have long decision cycles |
| AI search optimisation, GEO and AEO | Gets your business cited and recommended inside AI-generated answers | The channel where an Ajman address stops limiting reach |
| AI visibility tracking | Measures whether you actually appear in AI answers, and for which prompts | Knowing whether the AI work is working, rather than assuming |
| AI platform advertising | Paid placement inside AI assistants, including ChatGPT ads | Reaching buyers who have stopped using a results page |
| Agentic commerce readiness | Making product and service data usable by AI shopping agents | Retailers and traders whose catalogue needs to be machine readable |
| Measurement and tracking | GA4, server-side tracking, consent handling, enquiry attribution | Without it every number above is decoration |
| Online reputation management | Controls what buyers and AI systems find when they check you | Increasingly the deciding factor, because AI answers quote reviews |
We run all of these in house. Nothing is passed to a freelancer network or an offshore content mill, which matters more in marketing than in most services, because the work is continuous and the person who understands your account should still be there in eighteen months.
AIO, GEO, AEO and LLM SEO, what the terms actually mean
There are five or six acronyms circulating for roughly the same body of work, and the confusion is being used to sell the same service three times. Here is the plain version.
| Term | What people mean by it | Is it a separate service |
|---|---|---|
| AIO, AI optimisation or AI Overviews optimisation | Getting your content used in Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode answers | No, it is one surface within the same discipline |
| GEO, generative engine optimisation | Being cited and recommended across generative answer engines generally | This is the umbrella term most practitioners use |
| AEO, answer engine optimisation | Structuring content so it can be lifted as a direct answer | Largely the same work as GEO, different emphasis |
| LLM SEO or LLMO | Optimising for large language models specifically | Another label for the same thing |
| Entity SEO | Making sure machines resolve your brand as one unambiguous entity | A component, and the one most often skipped |
| Share of model or prompt share | How often your brand appears across a set of tracked AI prompts | A measurement approach, not a service |
If an agency quotes you separately for AIO, GEO, AEO and LLM SEO, you are being charged four times for one workstream. We treat it as one service with several measurement surfaces, and the technical detail of how it works sits on our generative engine optimisation page rather than being repeated here.
What is worth knowing is the state of the market. Figures reported in August 2026 from Salesforce's State of Commerce research put 62 per cent of UAE businesses as having created or optimised content for conversational and question-based queries, and 58 per cent as submitting data feeds directly to AI search platforms, while only 31 per cent monitor how their brands appear in AI-generated responses. Read that again, because the gap is the whole opportunity. Most of the market is doing the work and not checking the result, which means a large number of UAE companies are paying for AI search activity with no idea whether it produced a single mention.
Why AI search is a bigger opportunity for an Ajman business than for a Dubai one
This is the part that is specific to the emirate, so it is worth setting out properly.
A local pack result is awarded partly on proximity to the searcher. That is a deliberate design choice and it is sensible for a restaurant or a dentist. For a trading company, a manufacturer, a freight forwarder, a contractor or a professional services firm, it is a tax on the address. An Ajman supplier who is genuinely the best option for a Dubai buyer loses the map result to a worse competitor who happens to be closer, and the only workarounds have been paid search or building a presence in another emirate.
An AI assistant answering "who supplies industrial fasteners in the northern emirates" or "recommend a fit-out contractor for a Sharjah warehouse" is not running that proximity calculation in the same way. It is assembling a response from what it can establish about the available companies: what your site says you do, how clearly it is structured, what your schema markup states as fact, how consistently your business details appear across the web, what third parties say about you, and whether your information is current. Those are all things you can influence. Your postcode is not.
The practical consequence for an Ajman business is that AI search is the first channel in two decades where you compete on clarity and substance rather than on distance. That is a genuine strategic opening, and it will close as the rest of the market catches up, which is the honest argument for doing the work now rather than in two years.
We should be equally honest about the limits. Nobody, including us, can guarantee that your business will appear in a specific AI answer. The platforms do not publish their selection criteria and those criteria change. What can be done is the groundwork that research consistently associates with being cited, plus measurement so you can see whether it is happening.
Your Ajman entity data is probably contradicting itself
This is the most common technical problem we find on Ajman accounts, and it is a direct consequence of how companies here are registered.
An Ajman business can hold a mainland licence from the Ajman Department of Economic Development, a trade or building licence through the Ajman Municipality and Planning Department, a free zone licence from Ajman Free Zone, which was established in 1988 and hosts more than 9,000 companies, a media licence from Ajman Media City Free Zone, or a digital licence from Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone, which passed 6,500 companies in its first year. Each registration generates its own legal name, its own address format and often its own trade name.
Over a few years those variants spread. The website says one trading name, the Google Business Profile says another, the free zone directory lists the full legal name with FZE or FZC, an industry portal has a half-completed entry from 2021, the invoice template has a third address format, and the LinkedIn page has a fourth. Every one of those is a separate signal, and when an AI system tries to resolve who you are, it finds several partial entities instead of one confident one. Businesses with ambiguous identity data do not get recommended, because a system that is not sure what you are will quietly pick a company it is sure about.
Fixing this is unglamorous, detailed and genuinely effective. It involves deciding what the canonical business identity is, correcting it everywhere it appears, stating it in machine-readable markup on your own site, and keeping it consistent as the business changes. It is not something an owner can realistically do in spare hours across dozens of platforms, which is why it stays broken, and it is one of the first things we fix on a new account.
SEO services for Ajman businesses, built wider than the emirate
The single most expensive mistake on Ajman accounts is a keyword strategy that stops at the border. If your buyers are spread across Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai, Umm Al Quwain and Ras Al Khaimah, and a large share of them search without naming an emirate at all, then optimising only for Ajman terms hands most of the volume to somebody else.
We build search in layers. Service and product terms first, because that is the largest volume and the clearest intent. Ajman and area terms next, because they convert well and competition for them is often thin. Then Sharjah, Dubai and northern emirates terms, because the urban area is continuous and you can genuinely serve them. Then the question and problem searches people make before they know what to buy, which is also where AI answers draw from most heavily. Then brand, which matters more than owners expect once referrals start arriving.
The work itself is technical SEO, content, internal structure and authority building, and it includes the Arabic side where the audience warrants it. We report against enquiries rather than ranking screenshots, which is a less flattering way to report and a more useful one.
Local SEO and Google Business Profile for Ajman
For businesses whose customers travel to them, or who travel short distances to customers, the Google Business Profile often produces more enquiries than the website's organic rankings do. It is also the asset most frequently left half finished, usually with the wrong primary category, no service list, no service area, a 2019 photograph and no review responses.
That matters doubly now, because AI assistants and map results both draw on the same business information, and reviews are quoted directly in AI answers. A profile with thirty recent reviews that have been responded to is a different asset to one with six from four years ago, and the difference shows up in both channels at once.
We handle profile setup and correction, category and service configuration, service area definition across Ajman and the neighbouring emirates, review generation processes and review response, plus consistency work across the directories that feed the same data back into search.
Google Ads and performance marketing
Paid search is the fastest way to find out whether the market wants what you are selling and at what cost. It is also the fastest way to spend a budget on nothing, and the accounts we inherit usually show the same four problems: broad match campaigns bleeding into irrelevant searches, no negative keyword discipline, conversions that count the wrong event, and a landing page that was never built for the campaign.
For Ajman businesses the geographic targeting question is the one that needs real thought rather than a default. Targeting the emirate alone will almost always under-serve the business. Targeting the whole UAE will almost always waste money on areas you cannot service profitably. The right answer sits in between and depends on what you sell, what delivery costs and how far your team will travel, and it is a conversation worth having before the first campaign goes live rather than after the first invoice.
We run search, shopping, display, video and demand generation campaigns, and we are candid about when paid media is the wrong first move. If the website does not convert, paid traffic simply buys you a precise measurement of that fact.
Advertising inside AI assistants, including ChatGPT ads
Paid placement inside AI assistants is now a real channel rather than a forecast. It behaves differently to search advertising, because the surface is a conversation rather than a results page, the user has usually described their situation in detail, and there is far less room on screen. That makes the audience smaller, better qualified and more expensive per impression.
Whether it suits your business depends on whether your buyers ask open questions before they buy. For considered purchases, professional services and anything where a buyer describes a problem rather than naming a product, it is worth testing. For low-value repeat purchases it generally is not, yet. We would rather tell you that than sell you a test you do not need.
Social media marketing and content production
Social media does two different jobs and conflating them wastes money. For consumer-facing businesses along the Ajman Corniche, around Al Zorah and in retail across Al Nuaimiya and Al Rashidiya, it is a demand channel and it needs volume, production quality and paid distribution. For trading companies, contractors and professional services it is a credibility channel: the buyer who got your name from a referral will look at your page before they call, and an account that last posted in 2024 answers a question you did not want asked.
We handle strategy, content calendars, design, photography and video direction, copy in English and Arabic, community management and paid social across the platforms that actually matter for your audience rather than all of them.
Agentic commerce, and what it means for Ajman retailers and traders
AI shopping agents that browse, compare and buy on a person's behalf are moving from demonstration to deployment, and they do not read a website the way a person does. They read data. An agent comparing suppliers wants structured product information, stated availability, clear pricing logic, delivery terms and specifications it can parse, and it will skip a catalogue that hides all of that inside images and PDFs.
For an Ajman wholesaler or retailer this is the same problem as entity clarity, one level down: your products need to be machine readable, not just human readable. The businesses that fix their product data now will be the ones agents can actually transact with. The businesses whose specifications live in a scanned brochure will be invisible to the channel entirely.
We handle the data side of this alongside the development team, because product feeds, structured markup and catalogue structure are build work as much as marketing work, and splitting them across two suppliers is how it stalls.
Lead generation, tracking and follow-up
Two problems account for most of the wasted marketing spend we see in the northern emirates, and neither is a traffic problem.
The first is measurement. A large proportion of the accounts we take over are reporting conversions that are not real, usually because a thank-you page view counts as a conversion, or form submissions were never configured, or the tracking broke during a site change and nobody noticed. Until that is corrected, every discussion about cost per enquiry is fiction, and decisions get made on fictional numbers. Fixing it means proper GA4 configuration, server-side tracking where it is warranted, consent handling, call and WhatsApp tracking, and attribution that ties an enquiry back to the channel that produced it.
The second is follow-up. In B2B trading, which is a large share of Ajman's business base, most enquiries do not buy on first contact. If there is no sequence after the first reply, the marketing budget is buying enquiries that quietly expire. Email sequences, CRM discipline and WhatsApp Business follow-up are unglamorous and they routinely produce more revenue than an increase in ad spend would.
Online reputation management, now an AI search issue
Reputation work used to be about what a buyer saw on page one. It is now also about what an AI system repeats, because answer engines quote reviews, forum posts and third-party commentary as evidence, and they do it without the context a human reader would apply.
That raises the stakes on unanswered negative reviews, outdated listings and stale directory entries. A single prominent complaint from 2023 can end up characterising a business in an AI summary years after the issue was resolved, and the business will never know unless somebody is monitoring the answers.
We handle review generation and response processes, listing cleanup, monitoring of both search results and AI answers, and content that gives the accurate version of the story somewhere findable.
Digital marketing for Ajman businesses, by industry
The channel mix changes completely by sector, and so does what an AI answer needs to find in order to recommend you. Below is how we approach the industries that make up most of Ajman's business base.
| Industry | Where the demand actually is | Channel priority |
|---|---|---|
| Trading and wholesale | Buyers across all seven emirates, often searching by product code | Product-level SEO, AI search visibility, paid search, CRM follow-up |
| Manufacturing and industrial | Procurement teams comparing capability and capacity | Technical content, entity clarity, GEO, LinkedIn, lead tracking |
| Logistics and freight forwarding | Lane and service searches, mostly outside the emirate | Service and lane SEO, paid search, AI answer visibility |
| Construction and contracting | Tenders, referrals and project-type searches | Project proof content, SEO, reputation, LinkedIn |
| Real estate and property | Area and project searches, heavy portal competition | Local SEO, paid social, listing data quality, reputation |
| Education and training | Course and accreditation searches, strong seasonality | SEO, paid search in intake windows, Arabic content, social |
| Healthcare and clinics | Symptom and service searches within a short radius | Local SEO, review management, compliant paid media |
| Retail and ecommerce | Product searches plus agent-driven comparison | Ecommerce SEO, product data quality, paid social, shopping campaigns |
| Food, beverage and hospitality | Short-radius and tourist searches, reviews decisive | Local SEO, reviews, paid social, booking and ordering flows |
| Professional services | Question-led searches where AI answers now intervene first | GEO and AEO, authority content, LinkedIn, lead tracking |
| Automotive and workshops | Brand, service and location searches | Local SEO, reviews, paid search, booking capture |
| Marine and marine services | Niche capability searches, low volume and high value | Technical SEO, entity clarity, direct outreach support |
One pattern runs through all twelve rows. The sectors where buyers ask questions before they buy are the sectors where AI answers are already intervening ahead of your website, and professional services, industrial supply and healthcare are furthest along. Those are the accounts where GEO work pays back first.
Coverage across Ajman and the northern emirates
We work remotely with clients across the northern emirates and meet in person when a project warrants it. Our office is in Dubai, between forty and sixty minutes from most of Ajman, and we state plainly that we do not have an Ajman office rather than implying one.
| Area or zone | Typical business base | Where the marketing effort goes |
|---|---|---|
| Ajman Free Zone | Trading, light manufacturing, logistics, services | Product and service SEO, AI visibility, outbound-supporting content |
| Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone | New and digital-first companies, consultants | Foundations: entity setup, profile, first content, paid testing |
| Ajman Media City Free Zone | Media, marketing, production, creative firms | Portfolio visibility, social, authority content |
| Ajman Industrial Area | Manufacturing, workshops, materials, spare parts | Technical SEO, paid search, catalogue data quality |
| Al Nuaimiya and Al Rashidiya | Retail, clinics, professional services | Local SEO, reviews, Arabic content, paid social |
| Al Jurf | Industrial, warehousing, commercial | Service and capability SEO, enquiry tracking |
| Al Rumailah, Mushairef and Al Bustan | Neighbourhood retail and services | Local SEO, profile accuracy, review generation |
| Al Hamidiya and Al Mowaihat | Residential services, home maintenance, tuition | Service area targeting, local paid search, booking capture |
| Ajman Corniche | Hospitality, food and beverage, retail, tourism | Local and tourist search, reviews, paid social, content production |
| Al Zorah | Hospitality, golf, leisure, premium residential | Visual-led social, booking campaigns, bilingual content |
| Al Manama and Masfout | Agriculture, quarrying, local trade | Accurate listings, simple service content, regional search |
| Sharjah | Trading, industrial, education, services | Full service, usually scoped together with Ajman |
| Umm Al Quwain | Trading, marine, free zone companies | Northern emirates search, paid search, lead tracking |
| Ras Al Khaimah | Manufacturing, materials, tourism | Capability SEO, AI visibility, paid media |
| Fujairah | Shipping, bunkering, industrial, tourism | Service SEO, bilingual content, reputation |
| Dubai and Abu Dhabi | All sectors | Full service, covered on their own pages |
For most clients on this list the Ajman work and the Sharjah work are one project rather than two, because the customer base does not respect the border and the keyword strategy should not either.
What we can prove, and what we will not claim
Pages competing for this search term are full of superlatives nobody can check, and the AI search category has made it worse, because the terminology is new enough that almost anything can be asserted. We would rather be dull and verifiable.
What we state and stand behind: Tomsher Technologies has operated in Dubai since 2011. We carry more than fifteen years of combined delivery experience across SEO, paid media, social, content and web development. Our team is fully in house, with no outsourcing of strategy, execution or content. We hold a rating of 4.9 out of 5 from 201 reviews on Google. We work in English and Arabic. We give a written scope and a reporting cadence before work starts. We report on enquiries and cost per enquiry rather than impressions and ranking screenshots. Our office is at M05, Wafi Residence, Oud Metha Road, Umm Hurair 2, Dubai, and you are welcome to visit it.
What we will not claim: we do not claim to be the single best digital marketing agency in Ajman, because that is not a measurable statement. We do not claim an Ajman office, because we do not have one. We do not guarantee search rankings. We do not guarantee that your brand will appear in a specific AI answer, in an AI Overview, or in any named assistant's response, because the platforms do not publish their selection criteria and those criteria change without notice. We do not invent client names, logos, case studies or testimonials, and we do not publish a client's name without their agreement. We do not claim awards, certifications or platform partnerships we have not been granted. We do not quote a monthly figure before we understand the scope.
Apply the same test to every agency on your shortlist. Ask who specifically will work on the account and whether they are employees. Ask for two clients you can phone. Ask exactly what the monthly retainer includes and excludes. Ask what their AI visibility reporting actually measures, and if they cannot answer that in plain language, they are reselling a dashboard. Ask who owns the ad accounts, the analytics property and the business profile when the relationship ends. The answers separate agencies far more reliably than any claim on a web page, this one included.
How we work, and what the first ninety days look like
We start with the business rather than the channels, because the channel mix is a consequence of who you sell to and how they buy. Then we audit what exists: search visibility, AI answer visibility, the business profile, the ad accounts, the tracking setup and the website's ability to convert. Most audits turn up at least one thing that has been wasting money quietly for a year.
From there we agree a written scope with priorities, a reporting cadence and a definition of what counts as a result, and you approve it before anything runs. The early weeks go on the foundations that everything else depends on: correcting tracking so the numbers are real, resolving the entity and listing inconsistencies, fixing whatever is stopping the website converting, and getting the business profile into proper shape. Campaign and content work builds from there, and we review against enquiries rather than activity.
We are deliberate about sequence because the alternative is common and expensive: running campaigns into a site that does not convert, measured by tracking that does not work, reported against metrics that do not matter. That produces twelve months of charts and no revenue.
When we are not the right agency for you
If you want a guaranteed first position or a guaranteed ChatGPT mention, no honest agency can give you either, and you should treat the offer as a warning rather than a selling point. If you want the lowest monthly fee in the market, you will find it, usually attached to a junior handling thirty accounts. If you want somebody to execute instructions without questioning them, we will be irritating, because we will say so when a request will cost you enquiries. If your whole budget is committed to advertising with nothing for the website or the tracking, the sequence is wrong and we would rather fix that first. And if you need results inside three weeks from a standing start, paid media is your only honest option and we will tell you that plainly.
What we are good at is running the whole mix with one accountable team, fixing the foundations before spending on traffic, and being straight with you about which channels are working.
Find out where you stand in search and in AI answers
Tell us what the business does and who it sells to. We will check your visibility in search and in AI assistants, look at your profile, your tracking and your competitors, and send you the findings with a prioritised plan. No presentation, no pressure.

Frequently asked questions
Do you have an office in Ajman?
No. Our office is at M05, Wafi Residence, Oud Metha Road, Umm Hurair 2, Dubai, and we work with Ajman clients remotely with meetings in person when a project warrants it. We say this directly because several agency pages targeting this emirate imply a local presence that does not exist, and it is worth checking before you sign anything.
What is the difference between SEO and GEO, and do we need both?
SEO earns a position on a results page. GEO, also called generative engine optimisation, earns a mention or recommendation inside an AI-generated answer. They share most of the same underlying work, which is why we treat them as one service rather than two retainers. You need both, and an agency quoting you separately for AIO, GEO, AEO and LLM SEO is charging four times for one workstream.
Can you guarantee our business will appear in ChatGPT or Google AI Overviews?
No, and nobody honestly can. The AI platforms do not publish their selection criteria and those criteria change without notice. What we can do is the groundwork that research consistently associates with being cited, and then measure whether your brand actually appears across a tracked set of prompts, so you can see the result rather than take it on trust.
Why is AI search supposed to be more useful for an Ajman business than for a Dubai one?
Because Google's local results are distance weighted, which structurally caps an Ajman company on Dubai and Sharjah searches regardless of budget. An AI assistant assembling a recommendation leans far more on entity data, structured facts, content clarity and third-party mentions than on proximity. It is the first channel where your address is not the limiting factor, which makes it a larger opportunity here than in Dubai.
Should we target only Ajman, or the whole UAE?
Almost never only Ajman, and almost never the whole UAE by default. Ajman alone under-serves a business whose buyers are spread across a continuous urban area; the whole country wastes money on places you cannot service profitably. The right answer depends on what you sell, what delivery costs and how far your team travels, and it belongs in the plan before the first campaign runs.
We just got our licence and have no marketing at all. What comes first?
Foundations, in this order: a website that explains what you do and captures an enquiry, a correctly configured Google Business Profile, working tracking, and consistent business details everywhere your name appears. Only then does spending on traffic make sense. New companies most often lose enquiries to being unfindable and unverifiable rather than to a weak campaign.
How long before we see results?
Paid media produces data within days and enquiries within weeks if the offer and the landing page are sound. SEO and AI search visibility are measured in months, because they depend on content, technical work and third-party signals accumulating. Any agency promising fast organic results is either going to do something risky or is not going to do very much at all.
What is AI visibility tracking and why does it matter?
It is measurement of whether your brand appears in AI assistant answers across a defined set of buying-intent prompts, and how you compare with competitors on the same prompts. It matters because figures reported in August 2026 from Salesforce's State of Commerce research put 62 per cent of UAE businesses as having optimised content for conversational queries while only 31 per cent monitor how their brands appear in AI answers. Most of the market is paying for the work and never checking whether it produced anything.
Do you work in Arabic?
Yes, in English and Arabic, including Arabic content written properly rather than translated badly. For businesses serving local retail customers, government bodies or institutional buyers in Ajman, Arabic is not optional, and a visibly poor Arabic version does more harm than none at all.
Can you take over existing Google Ads and social accounts?
Yes, and we audit them before changing anything. The usual findings are conversions counting the wrong event, no negative keyword discipline, geographic targeting left on a default, and budget running on campaigns nobody has reviewed in a year. We also check who legally owns the accounts, which is frequently the real problem and worth resolving before anything else.
Do you only do marketing, or can you fix the website too?
Both, with the same in-house team. That matters because most marketing problems turn out to be site problems: a page that does not convert, a form that fails silently, product data no machine can read, or markup that needs to be added to the site itself. An agency that can only recommend those fixes hands you a list for somebody else to build, and that list usually does not get built.
What does agentic commerce mean for a trading company in Ajman?
It means your product and service information has to be readable by software, not just by people. AI shopping and procurement agents compare on structured data: specifications, availability, delivery terms, pricing logic. A catalogue whose details live inside images or scanned PDFs is invisible to that channel, however good the products are. Fixing the data is build work as much as marketing work, which is why we handle both sides together.
How do we compare digital marketing agencies without just taking their word for it?
Ask five questions. Who specifically works on the account and are they employees. Can you speak to two current clients. What exactly does the retainer include and exclude. What does their AI visibility reporting measure, in plain language. And who owns the ad accounts, analytics and business profile when the relationship ends. Clear answers to those tell you more than any ranking or AI claim, including the ones on this page.
