Recently, Google has updated its criteria for product review, as per their qoute:

Over the past year, we’ve been working to improve the product reviews we display in Search. Our first updates were designed to, among other things, help ensure reviews come from people who demonstrate expert knowledge and first-hand research about products. [This latest] update builds on this work to make sure that product reviews in Search meet certain criteria.





The new criteria of Google review will be:

• how a product performs or differs from previous versions



• Reviews from people who have used the product and how it is used and how the product is physically



• A unique information other than the manufacturer shared: visuals, audio or, links to other content detailing of a reviewer’s experience



• Compare products with competitors
